PHYLLIS COURT
Candle making, theatre, a dinner
dance, Christmas carols, lunch,
brunch and even a ball are all taking
place at Phyllis Court Club this festive
season.
The private members’ club has
enjoyed a busy 2017, with a variety of
exciting events and the
packed social calendar is
set to continue into
2018.
The membership has
no chance of being
bored with such a
variety of events on
offer.
New for 2017 is the
club’s Boxing Day brunch. After the
hubbub of Christmas Day, the club
will look after members with an
appetising brunch in the Orangery,
followed by a choice of either a trip to
the Kenton to watch the panto, a
‘pop-up’ cinema at the main house, or
a Boxing Day walk.
The much-anticipated grand New
Year’s Eve Ball will this year transport
members to Hollywood.
The club’s ballroom will be
spectacularly dressed in red carpet
glamour, there will be live music and
surprise entertainment, as well as a
three-course feast designed by
Executive Chef, Carl Jackman.
Members will truly be able to count
down to the new year in style.
The packed events
calendar, which
includes entry to
Henley Royal Regatta,
is just one of the allures
of membership.
The new Fitness
Centre is under
construction, due to
open in August 2018
and will be open to all members.
They also enjoy more than 30
interest groups*, exciting dining,
preferential accommodation and
room hire rates, and access to more
than 100 reciprocal clubs around the
world.
