Make a date with Fawley Decorative Fair

Fawley Decorative Fair

Make a date to visit the Fawley Decorative Fair at the end of this month to see and buy decorative antiques, salvage, vintage reclamation, gardenalia and textiles.

This is the perfect place for designers to buy from the best and most unique collections and everyone and anyone to be inspired to start a project of their own.

On the Saturday and Sunday the Fawley Museum Society Trust will be volunteering their time and running the spectacular steam train. They will be offering rides in return for a small donation, the Fawley Railway Museum will also be open. All weekend there will be food and beverage offerings from the Crooked Billet, delicious teas from Vintage Tea and a selection of food vendor options to help keep visitors fuelled as they make their way around the antiques and salvage fair.

Once again there will be live music throughout the weekend to ensure it is a great family outing.

Many of the dealers are experts in their field so often visitors will be amazed at what they find, and what they learn. They will see heritage pieces, vintage fabrics, glass, silver, paintings and furniture. Some buyers come with a list, some will be looking for one specific item. Fairs like this are great when looking for an unusual gift for a birthday or wedding, or for something unusual for the home. Or it is just a beautiful setting for browsing.
